Prototyping Facility

Prototyping Facility

A practical engineering space for sanitation machine mock-ups, component trials, prototype assembly and pre-validation readiness.

Scope

Program focus and service coverage.

01

Supports rapid mock-up development for sanitation machinery and safety systems.

02

Connects design outputs with testing, validation and field deployment needs.

03

Enables iterative improvement before full laboratory or equipment validation.

04

Documents prototype learnings for safer operation, maintenance and handover.

Prototyping Phases

From sanitation concept models to test-ready systems.

The facility uses digital prototype studies to review machine layout, operator access, service safety and validation readiness before physical trials.

Phase 01

Drain-cleaning equipment prototype

CAD-led development for a compact drain-cleaning platform, including lifting geometry, tool positioning, vehicle integration and maintainable service access.

Mechanism layout for drain access and cleaning reach.
Vehicle-mounted packaging for field deployment.
Assembly-level review before fabrication and validation.

Phase 02

Septic-tank service prototype

Prototype visualization for a vehicle-mounted septic-tank service system, supporting component placement, access, hose routing and safety review.

System layout for suction, storage and service modules.
Operator-access review for safer tank cleaning workflows.
Pre-validation refinement before field-oriented testing.

Facility Role

A hands-on link between design and validation.

Prototype work helps reduce uncertainty before equipment is moved into formal testing workflows.
